SimpleReach is adding an Account Manager to the Customer Success team to manage customer relationships for our paid distribution solution. The ideal candidate has great interpersonal and analytical skills with the experience and confidence to work directly with clients to help strategize their content marketing campaign performance. 

The new Account Manager will be responsible for a variety of customer-facing activities requiring strong communication, project management, and data analytics skills. Some things you’ll be doing:

  • Leading, managing, and growing customer relationships for our paid distribution services.
  • Understanding customers’ campaign KPIs, communicating them to internal teams, and overseeing the activities and processes to help meet and exceed those goals.
  • Making strategic recommendations and identifying incremental opportunities to improve campaign performance and grow the customer revenue and relationship.
  • Acting as main point of contact throughout the course of a campaign: confirming new campaigns, obtaining necessary assets and information to launch, troubleshooting, and ultimately ensuring we deliver target KPIs.
  • Executing post-campaign deliverables including custom reporting, insights, and wrap-up reports.
  • Growing accounts by analyzing campaign and marketplace trends, and proposing follow- on campaign opportunities.

Some things we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years experience in a client-facing role--probably at an agency, platform, and/or publisher-- where you successfully optimized programmatic and/or social campaigns for your clients.
  • Deep understanding of the digital ad tech ecosystem, content marketing, and how digital media is purchased and optimized.
  • Demonstrable track record of growing client relationships through strategic campaign recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail, the ability to set priorities and be flexible in a fast-paced environment, and a desire to find efficiency in everyday processes.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Wow us with your words.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and Keynote.

Bonus points for:

  • Working knowledge of DFA, GA, or other third party analytics tools.
  • A passion for and interest in marketing and/or software.
  • Experience with digital publishing.
